After you have filled out any of these requests, you'll be sent a confirmation email with some useful info for the new SiteStudio customers. Also you'll be sent licenses, download links etc. by email. If you're using any SPAM-protection software that assumes receiving anti-spam confirmations or or other emails, please make necessary settings to allow all mail from the psoft.net domain before you finish filling the request. Positive Software bares no responsibility for problems with delivering our emails.

When you buy SiteStudio, you pay for user licenses and, optionally, installation services.

SiteStudio licenses are sold in packs of 100, one license covering one user account. When you first install SiteStudio, you buy 100 or more licenses - you specify the number of licenses you wish to purchase in the SiteStudio donwload/installation request wizard.

Installation

To get SiteStudio installed, you can choose either option:

  1. You'll get SiteStudio licenses or link to SiteStudio Installation Package download ONLY AFTER we receive your payment.
  2. We may have several installations pending, so your installation may take from 1 to 3 work days to be completed. We rely on your patience and understanding.
